1. Information We Collect

Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, profile image, and Google account ID. We use these to identify you and contact you about your account.

Usage data: FFmpeg task arguments, input URLs you submit, output files we produce, and per-task credit consumption. Stored in our database for the life of your account.

Payment data: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card information — only a transaction reference and the credits granted.

2. How We Use It

  • To run FFmpeg tasks you submit and deliver the results.
  • To bill credit consumption and process top-ups.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications).
  • To detect abuse and protect the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We use the following sub-processors strictly to operate the service:

  • Modal — runs FFmpeg jobs on isolated containers.
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores output files.
  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • Google — OAuth identity provider.

4. Retention

Output files: stored on R2 for at least 30 days, after which we may purge older files to free space. Download promptly. Task records and credit ledger: kept as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts: business records purged within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. tax records).

5. Your Rights

You can export or delete your account data by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
