Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-08
1. Service
FFHub provides a cloud-based FFmpeg API. You submit FFmpeg commands and input URLs; we execute them and return output files via R2 URLs.
2. Account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share API tokens. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
3. Credits & Billing
Each FFmpeg task costs 1 credit. New users receive 100 free credits. Additional credits are sold via Stripe in fixed packs and never expire (unless explicitly marked otherwise on the package).
Credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed. If you have a billing issue (charge dispute, accidental purchase), contact us within 7 days and we'll review case-by-case.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use FFHub to:
- Process content that infringes copyright or other IP you don't own / license.
- Process CSAM, terrorist content, or anything illegal in your or our jurisdiction.
- Probe / DDoS / reverse-engineer the service.
- Submit URLs pointing to private / internal IPs (we block these automatically).
- Resell raw API access without an explicit partnership agreement.
5. Service Limits
We may rate-limit, queue, or refuse jobs that consume disproportionate resources. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee any specific SLA on the standard tier. Output files may be deleted from R2 after 30 days — download promptly.
6. Liability
FFHub is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to credits you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes (price, scope, retention). Continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance.
