Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FFHub, a cloud-based FFmpeg API service that enables developers to easily implement video processing capabilities. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Description

FFHub provides a cloud-based API for video and audio processing using FFmpeg. Our service allows you to:

  • Upload media files for processing
  • Execute FFmpeg commands via API
  • Download processed output files

File Handling and Data Retention

Important: All files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

  • Uploaded files are temporarily stored only for processing purposes
  • Output files are available for download for up to 24 hours
  • After 24 hours, all files (both uploaded and generated) are permanently deleted
  • We do not backup, archive, or retain your files beyond this period
  • You are responsible for downloading your processed files before they are deleted

User Accounts

  1. Account Creation: To use our API, you need to create an account with a valid email address.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.

  3. API Key Usage: Your API keys are for your use only. Do not share your API keys with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FFHub only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Process illegal content or content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to bypass service limitations or security measures
  • Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute our API service without authorization
  • Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded content and processed outputs
  • FFHub does not claim any ownership of your files
  • The FFHub service, API, and documentation are the property of ffhub.io

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • We do not collect user data beyond account information
  • We do not access or analyze the content of your files
  • All files are automatically deleted within 24 hours

Pricing and Payments

  • Service usage is based on credits or subscription plans
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change with advance notice to users

Service Availability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
